Founded in 2013 by Mr. Rajesh Tarkar, Chairman & Managing Director, Rajdeep Builders began with a residential project in Taleigao, followed by a successful 10-flat project in Mapusa, completed in 24 months and sold out within three months. These early achievements established Rajdeep as a growing name in Goa’s real estate sector. Inspired by personal experiences, Mr. Tarkar built the company on a customer-first approach focused on hassle-free living. Today, Rajdeep Builders is evolving into M/s Rajdeep Builders & Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., marking a new phase of growth, credibility, and expanded opportunities.

Mr. Rajesh Tarkar
Founder, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)
Mr. Rajesh Tarkar, Founder, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Rajdeep Builders, hails from Akhada, St. Estevam, a scenic island in Goa. The youngest of five siblings, he began his education at the local primary school and completed high school at Sharada English High School, Marcela. Driven by ambition, he pursued a TV repairing course followed by a mechanical course at ITI, Farmagudi. He later began his professional journey with a bank job secured by his father. Alongside, he opened a small TV repair shop to apply his skills during free hours.
Mr. Tarkar also nurtured a lifelong passion for music. Starting at age eight with the traditional Ghumot during Ganesh Chaturthi, he went on to learn tabla and Pakhawaj. Despite societal resistance to nonspiritual music, his love for rhythm led him to purchase a drum set and master it within six months, eventually performing in Konkani plays (tiatrs) and joining the renowned Seven Stars orchestra. Along the way, he also pursued typing and computer courses, reflecting his constant drive to learn and grow.

Mr. Tarkar has a clear vision for future of Rajdeep Group of Companies, he wishes to make a significant impact in Goa's real estate market while generating employment opportunities for locals. His ambitious goal is to employ 1,000 individuals, contributing to the region's economic growth and development through Rajdeep Group of companies. To achieve this, Rajdeep Group of companies will expand its services through Rajdeep Carpentry & Furniture Services offering one-stop solutions for carpentry and furniture need. Mr. Tarkar plans to explore Hospitality sector by further expanding through Rajdeep Hospitality services. This expansion will not only enhance customer experience but also create more employment opportunities in Goa, benefiting both the company and the community by following his philosophy “We Build People and People Build our Business”.
